Delete account and data
CountryRush runs without sign-up, using an anonymous account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, right in the app or on request by email.
1. Delete in the app (fastest way)
Open CountryRush, go to Settings (gear icon at the top) and tap "Delete account". After a short confirmation your account and all its data are removed from our servers immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, send a short email to info@countryrush.app with the subject "Delete account". We will delete your account and all data within 30 days and confirm the deletion.
Since there is no email login, please tell us your in-app name or your user ID so we can find the right account. You can find the user ID in the app under Settings, in the "Account" area.
3. What data is deleted
All personal and game-related data of your account is deleted:
- display name and user ID
- scores, statistics and leaderboard entries
- stamp album and game progress
- friendships, duels and challenges
- push token for notifications
- any linked Google or Apple sign-in
4. Retention
For legal reasons (such as tax retention requirements for purchase records), anonymized payment records may be kept for a limited time. After deletion they can no longer be linked to you or your account.
